Prof. Dr. Md. Saleh Ahmed was the dreamer. His dream was brought to reality by Allah Taala and now he is taking care of his dream hospital. He was the founder and the first Professor of Vitreo Retina at the National Institute of Ophthalmology and Hospital in Dhaka. Having retired since, now he spending his time and energy behind the Vision Care Foundation.
